The Rocky Mountaineer Train operates various routes that traverse through iconic destinations in western Canada. The two primary routes are:

Rocky Mountaineer First Passage to the West

This route takes passengers between Vancouver, British Columbia, and Banff, Alberta (or vice versa). It follows the historic route of the Canadian Pacific Railway, passing through the scenic Fraser Valley, Fraser Canyon, and Kicking Horse Pass.

Rocky Mountaineer Journey through the Clouds

This route connects Vancouver and Jasper, both in British Columbia. It offers stunning views of the Coast Mountains, Fraser River, and Cariboo Mountains, taking passengers through deep canyons, dense forests, and the famous Spiral Tunnels.

In addition to these two main routes, the Rocky Mountaineer also offers other routes like Rainforest to Gold Rush (Vancouver to Jasper via Whistler and Quesnel) and Coastal Passage (Seattle, USA, to Vancouver, via Victoria).
